Public issue of 28,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of B-Right Realestate Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 153.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 143.00 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 44.36 crores (the "Issue") of which 1,45,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs. 153.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 143.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.23 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
