Initial public offer of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Healthy Life Agritec Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 10/- per equity share, at par (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 10.00 crores ("The Issue"), of which 5,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 10/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.50 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
