Initial public offering of 10,95,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sancode Technologies Limited ("Sancode" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 47 /- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 37/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 5.15 crores ("The Issue") of which 57,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.27 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
